Every scheme SCI works on is somewhere people live. The ductwork is behind plasterboard, the units are in risers and roof plant, and the only time anyone should think about it is when it is being commissioned.

Ductwork, MVHR units, extract fans and grilles, fixed and supported to the drawings.

Commissioning & balancing

Airflow measured at every terminal, systems balanced to design, results recorded and signed.

You get: commissioning sheets & certificates

Riser & corridor ductwork

The spine of a residential block — fire-rated where it needs to be, accessible where it should be.

You get: fire-stopping records to be confirmed with SCI

Kitchen & bathroom extract

Flat by flat, cluster by cluster: quiet, ducted to the outside, commissioned before handover.

NICEIC minor electrical works

The controls and small power a ventilation installation needs, certified under NICEIC minor works.

You get: minor works certificates

Aftercare & maintenance to be confirmed with SCI

Filter changes, re-balancing after fit-out, and a number the facilities team can actually call.

Handover.
